Members of the Junta de Extremadura, together with the Rector of the University of Extremadura, visited a Rank® facility in the city of Gévora today. Specifically, it is a biomass cogeneration system that uses a Rank® HT2 equipment to generate renewable electricity.
The ORC Rank® modules allow, using the Rankine organic cycle technology, the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources or waste heat, forming cogeneration systems.
